I don't use it for weightlifting anymore, I use it for my bad back and it works great. It really keeps you from over-extending your back, this is not a medical device but it works great for me.

This is a good quality general fitness belt. I find it is difficult to get the belt really tight. (Like a powerlifting belt.) Granted it is NOT a powerlifting belt. The belt is comfortable to wear and easy to cinch and unhook quickly.

If i had to reorder this product... I wouldn't. I may send it back too. The belt is "O.K".... It doesnt really have any front support for lifting nor does it secure by way of buttons or in a belt like fashion. Also.... They run a little too small.

I have back issues and bought this belt to use as a back support when working around the house and yard. It does make a positive difference. I believe it gives me better lower mid back support then a not as wide 4" back support belt. I have a 38" waist the X-Large fits well leaving ample room for growth..... It has a nice buckle that makes it easy to get the right tightness. Its made well and should last quite awhile. It's also washable don't know yet how well it washes.

Belt works great. Comfortable, I wear it throughout my entire workout.
I use it daily, not only for doing legs but also for benching and
curling and pressing.
