Not bad at all Sep 07, 2010
By kravi So these are leather bag gloves. They are a bit heavy, and a bit tight in the fingers. There is plenty of room in the palm and wrist areas, however, for wraps.
In short, these are quality gloves. There will, as will all leather items, be a break in period, but they cover and protect what needs to be covered and protected, and the tightness fades as the gloves break in.
I do like the longer than normal fingers. The bar in the middle has it's uses, but it's mostly annoying. You can grip it, but I'd rather an empty palm.
All in all, a serviceable pair of gloves.

Solid, does the job Jan 24, 2008

I'm just punching my heavy bag as a from of excercise, thus I'm no expert of gloves but these do the job fine for me. The wrap around my wrist is comfortable and solid, the padding is good and the feel is comfortable. There's a small hard tube that is in the inner palm (no option to take it out) that I wish it was just a bit smaller. Otherwise, great product for the price. I look around everywhere and these were the cheapest yet best quality I could find.
Good support... Oct 22, 2011
By Herukhuti When i first received it, they seemed a little stiff...however, after 2 workouts, they work like a charm...the offer enough padding and support that you can even punch wall at half power with hurting wrists...
Good pair of gloves Aug 13, 2011

I've been using a pair of these for the past two years or so for heavy bag work. It's been very durable, and I have no complaints. The seams are beginning to split in some places, so I'm planning on getting a new pair. It's big enough for wrist wraps to go under (in my case anyway).
I prefer the open hand type of gloves so that I can grasp my water bottle between rounds, and start my timer etc. I have no complaints about these, and will pick up another pair shortly.
