I use these inexpensive straps mostly for doing Pull-ups and Chin-ups. By not have to expend as much energy holding on to the bar I'm able to get one or two more reps. I first saw straps like these on scoobysworkshop.com.

I purchased this a few months back for doing pull ups and weight training. This is very inexpensive, good quality product. If you are looking for low cost good quality lifting straps then this will be perfect for you.

I bought these straps. The price was great and they work just fine. I use them 3 days a week with every workout and no complaints.
