Like the product, I feel like it really helped me get my golf muscles into shape at the beginning of the season, I had none of the typical soreness that I usually have on the first trip of the season until day #3. Highly recommend this trainer.

Great product! Heavy enough for a big guy like myself & helps you correct your swing. Very helpful guide in correcting your swing. A couple of practice swings with this & your drivers & irons feel like they weigh nothing at all. Keeps your muscles loose & ready before a 18 hole game. Strongly recommend it for a weekender like myself. I love the way the grip automatically guides you to proper form. I LOVE IT!!!!!

Was a little skeptical about this product. but using it as a preparation tool it works great. I am in process of changing my swing, and this aid is just the ticket. Heavy to promote quick muscle memory embedding, great for feel and grip position.
I would definitely recommend this product.

sturdy, weighs a good 5-8 pounds. red and white shaft to help keep the club face in the right position. the grip is nice for training.
